JUDGE ELLEN L. FLANNIGAN
Ellen L. Flannigan has been a judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County since
2006. She is currently assigned to the Domestic Violence Division.   Prior to
becoming a judge, Ellen was an attorney for 18 years.  Her practice was
concentrated in private practice, specifically Securities Litigation.  Judge Flannigan
was honored to be designated a “Super lawyer” in the field of Securities Litigation.

Judge Flannigan received her law degree from Loyola University School of Law .  
Judge Flannigan  received her undergraduate degree in Nursing and also earned
a Master’s in Nursing before attending law school.  She is a graduate of Prospect
High School in Mt. Prospect.  She and her husband have two children.
