Kathy M. Flanagan has been a judge of the Circuit Court of Cook County since 1988. She is currently assigned to the Law Division, and is the Supervising Judge of the Motion Section. She worked as a teacher in the Chicago Public Schools prior to attending law school and she worked for a labor union during law school. She is lifelong resident of Cook County.
